I'm a huge fan of coffee, and one of my friend just asked me a question today, and his question was like this.. "Does coffee help with fat loss?

My answer was strait away.. As far as I can tell, the answer is yes, probably.

Even myself i used to here stories from other people saying that  coffee is great for burning fat and Others say's it doesn't.

But the reality is that coffee has caffeine and it help to increase your metabolic rate. So drinking coffee helps you burn more calories

The best part is that Coffee contains almost no calories. If you drink your coffee black, it contains very, very few calories.

One study, published in the International Journal of Epidemiology in 2015, studied the dietary habits of more than 93,000 people to look for patterns between coffee consumption and weight. The study authors observed that people who drank more coffee had a lower risk of obesity, as well as a lower risk of type 2 diabetes. A study with laboratory animals, published in Nutrition & Diabetes in 2014, found that mice that consumed coffee and were fed a high-fat diet gained weight more slowly than the mice that didn't drink coffee.

According to CoffeeDetective, Some studies suggest that an extract from green coffee beans has amazing weight-loss properties. And there are people who swear by it.

There are people who agrees with the facts that Coffee helps with fat loss.. and others don't.

On my side i agree 100% coffee helps with fat loss as i drink coffee regularly and i have seen the results... its a minor result but it proves to be true.

All i can say is..  enjoy coffee for its great taste
